Click here to Take the Benefits On-Line Survey Dear OSEA Chapter 71 Members, There is a lot going on with the Open Enrollment for Insurance right now until December 10th. The dental benefits that we have currently through ODS will change on January 1, 2010. We will become NCDP and you need to enroll in this plan. An enrollment form will be mailed to your home for you to complete and return to the district office no later than December 10th. If your form is not returned by the 10th of December then as of January 1, 2010 you will no longer have dental coverage! This does not apply to Kaiser dental participants. |
