Martin Elected to AFT Executive Council

OSEA President Merlene Martin was elected by convention delegates to be one of the new vice presidents on the AFT Executive Council.

"It didn't really hit me until they introduced us and I went up to the front. Then I thought, 'Wow!'," said Martin. "I am in awe, and I am honored to represent the interests of the membership as an AFT vice president."
